Internship Duration: April – June 2015 (timing is flexible)
Reporting to the Manager of Annual Giving, the Development & Marketing Intern will assist in the management of Food Gatherers’ largest annual fundraiser, Grillin’ for Food Gatherers. The intern will learn how to plan and execute a large scale fundraising event from start to finish, including, but not limited to: managing corporate sponsorship; creating and distributing marketing materials; developing advertising strategy; and event evaluation. The intern will be required to commit to a range of 12-24 hours a week. A 12-week minimum commitment is required. Must have access to transportation and must be available to be on-site at the event on Sunday, June 14, 2015, 8 AM – 9 PM.
There is a $500 stipend given at the end of the internship.
